Winter Lacrosse Training

REGISTER NOW TO GET A JUMP START ON THIS SEASON'S COMPETITION
Highlights:
The Winter Lacrosse Training will give you the tools needed to prepare yourself for the up coming season. Training will consist of Stick Skills, Offensive/Defensive, Strategies/Positioning, and small sided scrimmages. This is only for field players due to the high repetition of drills being used.
Guarantee:
These sessions will be a very intense lacrosse work outs. There will be constant reminders about form and we will stress working at full speed so the boys can perform full speed in a game. Most drills will be non-linear, just the way the game is played!
Note from the instructors
Size, speed, athleticism can only take a player so far in lacrosse. Efficiency is what separates great teams from good teams and good players from great players. Efficiency is what can pull a team from behind late in a game and it’s what can make up for lack of size, speed and athleticism.
This will not be a wind up and shoot crank shots clinic. This will be all about making the right play, passing stick head to stick head, using proper footwork, attacking angles in game situations and finishing shots to score with a high percentage. We look forward to working with the OSL players this winter.
