Winter Pre-Season Combine

Highlights:
This fast paced, intense Pre-Season Combine will separate you from the competition. The Combine will offer Stick Skills, Speed and Conditioning, Offensive/Defensive Strategies/Positioning, Plyometrics, Weight room workouts, Agility Training, College Recruiting Information/Preparation Awareness.

When: December 28-30

Where:
The Phelps School’s Indoor Field House
583 Sugartown Road
Malvern, PA 19355

Time:
9am-3pm (Hour break for lunch)

Fee: $300 (Only “40” spaces available)

What to bring:
Full Lacrosse Equipment, Mouth Guard, Cleats, Running shoes, Sweat top and Bottom, Shorts, T-shirt, Lunch, Reversible practice tank-top

Staff:
Dave Metzbower-currently the Head Coach at Malvern Prep and former Associate Head Coach at Princeton

Adam Muller-Currently a Head Coach with the Avon Grove Youth Organization. Former Head Coach of the Wings and New York Titans.

Todd MacFarlane- currently the Athletic Director at The Phelps School. He has played professionally in the NLL.
